Why should I buy your product as opposed to other rife models on the market ?

  • Established in 1996, we were the first company to produce and licence electromagnetic devices in SA. Our products are licenced by the SA Health depart. As well as internationally licenced. They are produced in an ISO accredited factory which ensures the highest quality. The range of frequencies our machines produce have been tested for efficacy and safety ( as opposed to many other fly by night companies that produce frequency generators with frequencies that can be potentially harmful ) - read the “Legality” section. We are a reputable, reliable company.

Why must I buy a licenced machine, are they not just unnecessarily more expensive ?

  • Any medical device that is used to treat people needs to be licenced according to the law. The licencing requirements include that these machines are tested to ensure they are electrically and medically safe for use. There are many manufacturers of so called rife frequency generators who’s machines have not been tested at all and are potentially dangerous. The producers of unlicenced machines will give all sorts of reasons as to why it is not necessary to licence these machines.  Any medical device that is used to treat people needs to be licenced. This is to protect you as the end user who will subject yourself to the frequencies produced by that device. One producer even states that he does not believe in the licencing system and so has “chosen” not to licence his machines (that is like saying I don’t believe in the drivers licencing system and so I choose not to have a legal drivers licence). Some producers will dazzle you with all sorts of certificates for tests that have been done to show their machines are safe for use but they have not licenced their machines. This is because the tests that are done are often not the critical test that need to be run to ensure safety for use ( again it is like saying, our car is not roadworthy or licenced but here is a copy of the certificate that shows that the air conditioner is working and has passed all requirements.   Ask yourself this. If the unlicenced machines being sold are so safe for use, why not simply put them through the test and have them licenced? The reason is that often there are many changes that need to be made to these devices first in order for them to be passed by the authorities as safe for use and the manufactures are not willing to  spend the time and money on effecting the changes and adhering to the law.

Are your products licenced  ?

  • Yes. Our products are licenced with the SA Department of Health ( the list of licence numbers is too great to list individually here). They are also licenced internationally for professional.

What must I do to maintain the licence of your products ?

  • Nothing, we do it all for you. The licence needs to be renewed annually and this is done by ourselves as part of our service to you .

Are your products suitable for professional or private use  ?

  • All of the models we offer are suitable for both private and professional use.

Do you have to be qualified to use your machines ?

  • No. Our machines are very easy to use and are set up with the correct combination of frequencies for you, according to the program you choose. You do not have to be qualified use the machines on yourself or your family. Should you want to treat others professionally and earn income from the treatments, then you need to be qualified accordingly. There are accredited courses you can study through recognized institutions. Contact us for more guidance on what courses are available.  Be aware that many so called rife manufacturers offer there own courses in order to promote their products, however the courses are not accredited or recognized through any legal board and the qualification you receive will not protect you from the authorities should you be found “practicing” without a qualification. It is illegal to treat people without an accredited, recognised qualification. Please refer to “Legality” for further info.

How do I know which is the best model to suite my needs ?

  • All of the models are suitable for both private and professional use. Contact us and we will guide you as to which model would suite you best based on your needs.

Do you service your products and sell extra accessories? What is the warranty ?

  • Although our products are very reliable and don’t need regular servicing we suggest that you consider a service on the device at least every two years. In order to have the machine serviced you would need to return it to us with the transformer and cables ( that way we can check the system as a whole). We will provide you with a quite first before we carry out the service. We do sell extra  accessories and the warranty on the machines are a year on all parts and labour.

What is the availability and delivery time after placement of order ?

  • Our products are normally readily available. Delivery time after placement of order and payment has cleared through our bank is 3 days unless otherwise specified (in which case we would contact you).  Machines are sent via courier and normally delivered within 2 days.

Is the machine difficult to set up and use ?

  • No the machines are very easy to set up and use. The programs are pre-set with the correct combination of frequencies for you so that you do not have to become an expert in frequencies in order to be able to use the machines. We supply a very comprehensive manual with the machine and or refer to “How to use the resonators” for more info. Alternatively contact us either via email or telephonically and we will be able to guide you within 5 minutes how to set the machines up and use them.

Can the programmable models ie. model MA-1 and SA-1 be reprogrammed  ?

  • Yes, both the models SA-1 and MA-1 can be reprogrammed at a small reprogramming fee, the procedure normally takes 3-4 days including courier times to collect and return the machine to you. The machines would have to be sent back to our offices in order to be re-programmed as they need to be tested accordingly after the programming process to ensure that the frequencies are correct and the programming was performed correctly. The reason that the programming needs to be done by ourselves in house is so that we can check to ensure the programming has not altered the nature of the frequencies in any way. There are people who offer machines that you can re-program or upgrade new frequencies onto the machine yourself. This sounds good marketing wise however is potentially dangerous as you do not test the machines thereafter to ensure that the frequencies were not affected or changed in any way during the programming process ( there are many factors that can affect the frequencies during the programming process ). Have you ever downloaded something onto your computer and it seemed to download fine, however when you wanted to run it the file does not work as a result of  “corrupt file”. Well this is kind of the same effect where after programming a responsible manufacture will ensure that the frequencies are still functional and correct by testing the machine before they send it back to their clients.

How can I become an accredited practitioner to offer professional treatment using my machine ?

  • In order to treat people professionally using the Rife Resonator, it is necessary for you to be qualified accordingly. There is course on offer which is done via correspondence, that we understand to be accredited / recognized by the NHA (Natural Healers Association of SA) and the SA Natural Health Practitioners Board. You can begin studying at any time during the year and you progress in your own time. On completion of the course you are recognized as a Natural Medical practitioner, well qualified to practice and offer energy treatments such as the Rife. The applicable website to visit is www.collegenaturalmedicine.co.za. For further info best is to contact Dr Renier du Toit at ( 023) 614 2672 or natmed@mweb.co.za. Remember there are many manufacturers who offer there own home made courses in order to promote their products, however the courses are not accredited or recognized through any legal board and the qualification you receive will not protect you from the authorities should you be found “practicing” without a qualification. It is illegal to treat people without an accredited, recognised qualification. Please refer to “Legality” for further info.

Why does your website only make reference to pain relief ?

  • This is the most documents and recognized use for the machines we produce.

How do I know which is the best frequency / program to run ?

  • You will receive a list of programs in a manual with your machines. Unlike other frequency generators being sold where you have to first become an expert in which frequency to run,  our machines have been preset for you with the correct combination of frequencies. All you have to do is choose the program you want to run and press that program number and “Run”.

How long do the programs run for ?

  • The time it takes to complete a program differs. Programs generally run anything from 6 minutes to an hour long. Each program has been preset with the correct combination of frequencies for you. The manual will indicate how long each program will last for in minutes.  Each frequency will automatically run for 3 minutes, this is an average strength of treatment.  The longer you subject yourself to the frequencies for, the stronger the effect of the treatment. You can opt to change the time that each frequency runs for on the models MA-2 and UA-1, thereby changing the overall program time.

How often do I need to use the machine ?

  • There is no set answer for this as everyone’s needs differ. There are other manufacturers out there who will give you a recipe as to how often to run the treatments and how long but this is irresponsible as this makes for good marketing. It is simpler to give someone a recipe than try to explain that they need to use the machine and ascertain for themselves as to how much treatment they need and how often. Depending on the severity of the pain, you might opt to take a 500mg pain tablet instead of a 300 mg tablet and with this technology there is no difference.

Do you supply information in the manual as to how often to run the programs ?

  • No and for good reason as every person differs and manufacturers who offer recipe as to how often to run programs are not acting responsibly. The best would be for you to sort advice from your caregiver (ie. doctor / homeopath etc) and or to contact us and describe the individual needs and we would be able to guide you until you have built up enough experience with the machine to be able to ascertain for yourself what would be the best programs to run and how often to run them.

How user friendly is the machine ? Can I damage it by pressing the wrong buttons ?

  • The machines are very user friendly, you basically have to press 3 buttons to run the programs (AUTO, the PROGRAM NUMBER you have chosen to run and RUN). To change the time that the program would run for, you simply punch in the time beforehand. The machine can also be paused whilst it is running should you need to by pressing the pause button and to resume treatment again you press RUN. So by reading this you would now be able to operate the machine! You cannot delete any of the preset programs and cannot do any harm by pressing the wrong button. If you do this the machine will just make a beep sound to inform you that you have pressed the wrong button and to try again!

How does your machine compare to Dr Hulda Clarks’ Zappers ?

  • Dr Hulda Clarks’ Zappers are based on the original rife machines. The Zappers are smaller capacity devices that normally address one requirement only by having the limited amount of frequencies on them. The Zappers can be compared to the model SA-1 we produce. The models MA-1 and UA-1 have many more frequencies available on them than what is available on the Zappers and as opposed to the Zappers, with our models SA-1 and MA-1 you can choose which frequencies or programs you want to run, when you want to run them and you can alter the time that the programs last for. We also offer re-programming of the models SA-1 and MA-1 if required.
